I. Introduction

On February 17, 2008, Kosovo became a new state by seceding from Serbia. It was the second time in less than a decade that Kosovo declared its independence.

Pundits warned against this precedent-setting event and foresaw a disintegration of sovereign states from Belgium to Macedonia, whose restive western part is populated by Albanians. In 2001, Macedonia faced the prospect of a civil war. It capitulated and signed the Ohrid Framework Agreement.

These days, in order to prove an existence of anything, there has to be some physical evidence of some sort to be deemed “scientifically tested.”

With gravity, while we can’t actually see its force with our eyes, it is obvious that it exists because the undeniable result is “what comes up, must come down.” First we see the object hanging from the tree, and the next thing you know is has dropped to the ground. This is physical evidence of the action of gravity. With electricity, while we can’t see with our eyes the movement of the electricity, we realize the physical evidence when the light turns on. So how does the Law of Attraction fit into all this? Is there truly physical evidence that the Law of Attraction exists?

Two Nevada Congressional Representatives are going to propose that online gambling can be regulated by the U.S. government, and instead of outlawing online gambling, the U.S. should be embracing it. Shelley Berkley and Jon Porter are slyly not asking for outright endorsing internet gambling, not yet, but only that Congress initiate an 18-month study of online gaming to figure out how it could be regulated by the U.S. The study would be conducted by the National Research Council, a relatively independent agency.

Cats are carnivores, which means they have evolved to eat meat. They have claws and sharp teeth for hunting and catching their prey. However, this is not to say that a complete cat food should not have carbohydrates included.

Cats were originally domesticated in Egypt where they were used in granaries for vermin control. The stomach of their prey (mice and rats) would contain partially digested grains. Cooking grains at a high temperature mimics the action of the stomach, therefore an extruded cat food should contain easily digested carbohydrates.
